  • We work with with growing startups who are hiring for full-time paid roles. We would love to discuss your needs further.

  • We help you to record one ten minute video explaining your company’s mission and the role, before meeting with your shortlisted candidates. And that’s it!

  • We charge a standardised fee, refundable if your hire does not pass probation.

    Our fees are flat because unlike traditional recruiters who charge a % of salary, we do not think you should be penalised for paying a higher salary to candidates.
